Unplugged Weekends have been designed for busy professionals to combat stress. We have teamed up with Kent’s leading professionals in Fitness, Nutrition, Massage and Mindset to provide everything you need to unplug from stress, unplug from work and reconnect with your body. 

Unlike military style bootcamp weekends, our focus is delivering tools to our clients so they can disconnect themselves from the stress that’s killing their productivity. Join us, learn how to move forward, and reconnect with the strategies that drive success. No press ups in puddles, no 6am wake up calls, just high quality coaching provided from stunning venues.

Ross and Emily - Body Transformation Academy

We are a fitness couple who specialise in coaching busy professionals on how to maximise their daily potential through health and high performance.

Our passion lies in empowering our clients with the tools they need to achieve amazing things. We have worked with everyone from stay at home mums to professional athletes.

We're excited to be providing the training sessions for the weekend. This will include morning runs (or walks), full body circuits and HIIT style workouts, all designed to raise the endorphins, get fit and have fun. The workouts are suitable for all abilities.

There's not alot that high quality food and exercise doesn't improve, especially when it comes to stress. This makes the Unplugged Weekends something we are proud to be a part of, look forward to seeing you there.

Most of our actions on a daily basis are habitual and we don’t even realise we are making decisions to take those actions. My job is to help you reprogram your habitual behaviour and change the way that you manage your thought process so that you can leave this unplugged weekend feeling totally stress free and in control of your thoughts and actions going forward.

As Kent’s best meal prep company, we work hard to keep our clients fuelled so they can make the most of every day. It’s our mission to break down the barriers which prevent people from eating for their health and wellness, by saving them time, and making nutrition simple to understand. Our meals are based on recipes from across the globe, and prove that healthy food can taste great, in addition to being excellent for your well being.

What you can expect from us at The Unplugged Weekend:

- Delicious meals and snacks that will give you sustained energy throughout the retreat.

A space at our ‘Feel Good Fast Food’ seminar. We will run cooking demonstrations to give you inspiration,  provide you with tips/tools to prep great meals for yourself, and have an open discussion about nutrition that works, versus ‘fad diets’.

- Any dietary requirements or intolerances will be fully catered for

Your professional massages will be at an additional cost to the weekend. We have partnered with the best and worked out a package deal so you can receive the highest quality service for just £45-£55 per treatment. You will be able to book your treatment in advance and we will send you all the details needed closer to the event date.

MEET YOUR MASSAGE PRO

Kirsty's passion is to guide you and your body to find centre again through utilising a blend of treatment methods (both modern and traditional), such as hands on manual therapy and postural/gait analysis, alongside movement strategies to facilitate the best solutions for change within your body.    

Over the weekend, Kirsty will be offering sports massages and Hot stone therapy. Lets face it, we all push things too far sometimes, and at 8th Element we know a thing or two about movement and stress. Which is where our expert massage therapy can help.

(Yoga workshop will be provided on the Sunday morning)
