INGREDIENTS (Makes 8 balls):
- 5 TBSP Nut Butter
- 60g Oats
- 1 Big Squeeze Honey
- 1 Square Dark Chocolate
- 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed
Homemade Pumpkin Protein Ball Recipe. These balls are packed with energy making them the ultimate Halloween snack!
- In a small mixing bowl mix together the nut butter, honey, and microwave for 30 seconds.
- In a large bowl add the oats and ground flaxseeds. Give it a good stir then add in the nut butter and honey and stir again.
- Roll the mix into small balls and using the dark chocolate make eyes and stems for each ball.
- Store in the fridge for a few hours and ENJOY!
*You can store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. That's if they last that long!
