INGREDIENTS (Makes 8 balls):

  • 5 TBSP Nut Butter
  • 60g Oats
  • 1 Big Squeeze Honey
  • 1 Square Dark Chocolate
  • 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed

Homemade Pumpkin Protein Ball Recipe. These balls are packed with energy making them the ultimate Halloween snack!

METHOD

  1. In a small mixing bowl mix together the nut butter, honey, and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. In a large bowl add the oats and ground flaxseeds. Give it a good stir then add in the nut butter and honey and stir again.
  3. Roll the mix into small balls and using the dark chocolate make eyes and stems for each ball.
  4. Store in the fridge for a few hours and ENJOY!

*You can store the balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. That's if they last that long!
